It is important to keep the smaller cases
coming in for cash flow reasons as well as the larger cases that you can
retire on.
In addition to direct response commercials, we can create additional
name recognition for you in the market by utilizing "PSA" type
commercials or "Public Service Announcements." The
commercials can be produced at the same time we do your other spots. At
the beginning of each commercial we might begin with a voice-over
announcing "Your legal minute is brought to you by the law offices
of Smith and Jones."
In most cases, "PSA" commercials can be negotiated at little
or no cost through a station. They would run during specific morning, day
and evening time slots. The results is additional public awareness of the
law firm and larger response rate from yellow pages, print or other forms
of advertising. This would be in addition to the direct response ads.
We have done this type of combination with name awareness and direct
response ads for many of our other law firms. It allows them the ability
to generate calls from one type of audience but overall name recognition
and ideally a higher "quality" of case by virtue of the ads
running in front of a different, "working class" and white
collar audience.
