This is our most flexible option. You can choose up to 15 from the complete list of messages, with the added feature of having your firm name placed contextually in the messages. You can even substitute your own scripts (for up to five of the 15)! Call to request a packet of the scripts, which details all your options. Then, simply return the forms to us, so that we can have your personalized Message On Hold disc recorded.

Message on Hold can be easily integrated with most phone systems. Most phone systems allow you to plug in an external cd player for hold music. Simply make sure you use a player with the following features, which are standard on most cd players:
  • repeat function
  • battery backup
  • AC power cord
  • audio output
