CJ Digital Design LLC,  is a full range provider of web design products and services in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. We are actively seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Florida. Responsibilities will include establishing sales plans and quotas; building relationships with clients,  and vendors; developing sales professionals to reach their full potential, and monitoring sales team performance.

Candidates will have a minimum two years experience in sales management leading a team of at least 5 sales professionals. Proven experience in establishing sales plans, measuring performance and developing successful sales professionals is required. Experience in internet sales is desired, but not required. Candidates must reside in or around Ft Lauderdale, or be willing to relocate.
