Establish and maintain a variety of files
and records.
Handle client and interoffice requests.
Type and process extensive reports.
Photocopy and fax information as needed by
department members.
Screen calls for Vice President and Assistant
Vice President.
Maintain and process paperwork.
Maintain appointment calendars.
Prepare correspondence to Branches and other
Departments for Vice President and Assistant
Vice President.
Make travel arrangements.
Prepare and track expense reports for both
Department Management and Managers.
Recruit with general administrative support as
needed.
Become familiar with and be able to interpret
the expense policy.
Work on special projects as assigned.
Tasks closely governed by policies and
procedures; frequent guidance from supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Three to five years of administrative
experience.
Verbal and written communication skills
sufficient to communicate effectively and
professionally with all levels of internal and
external clients.
Ability to work well under pressure and within
deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
sufficient to create presentation documents,
correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets.
Organizational skills sufficient to handle
multiple tasks, to prioritize workloads and meet
deadlines in an environment of constantly
changing priorities.
Problem solving skills sufficient to effectively
analyze, research and resolve questions in a
timely manner.
Team player.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL: College Degree,
or University
