| JOB DESCRIPTION:
The position
of Customer Care Consultant has been
established to manage Customer Care
communications with current-and-potential
member/subscriber inbound call opportunities.
The Customer Care Consultant will:
1)
understand, promote and reinforce the
strategic vision, image, reputation and value
propositions of CJ Digital Design, LLC
2)
identify and resolve issues and/or
misunderstandings regarding CJ Digital Design,
LLC subscription and membership.
3)
professionally and courteously handle requests
for information regarding the firm's services
efficiently, professionally, and in accordance
with all standard operating procedures
PRIMARY
RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES
1) Swiftly
building rapport and establishing credibility
AND integrity with ALL current and potential
member/subscriber inbound phone opportunities;
Exercising convulsive sales abilities,
developing a one-to-one relationship, sharing
knowledge, identifying and correctly
distinguishing between perceptions, symptoms
and root-cause problems and obstacles, and educating
current and potential members/subscribers on
the value propositions of CJ Digital Design,
LLC.
2) Meeting/exceeding Customer Care
productivity standards, including
member-to-subscriber conversions, subscription
retentions and minimization of account refunds
by exercising convulsive sales skills while
SIMULTANEOUSLY promoting and upholding the
firm's image, integrity AND Customer Care
Communications Quality Standards.
3) Answering
requests for information with one-to-one
communications skills, and forwarding all
calls outside Customer Care's jurisdiction, as
appropriate to the correct resource's),
following ALL approved policies and
procedures.
4) Performing
activities and the recording/reporting
productivity, performance results and
submitting records of attendance with dignity,
honesty and integrity, in alignment with
company standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business,
Marketing or related field preferred
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years experience in Inside
Sales, Membership Services, Customer Relations
or Customer Service in a convulsive-sales
environment, with direct accountability for
customer conversion, retention, up-sell and
bottom line (profit/loss) responsibility.
