1. How much does a website cost?
The cost depends on its size and complexity, and the range of services you need. Most of our projects start at $250 to $500 range. If you’d like a proposal for your project, please contact us. The information you provide will help us tailor a proposal to your specific needs.

2. What is the payment schedule?
We typically request a retainer to being work, 25% down, with payments based on pre-defined milestones. We accept all credit cards.  .

3. How long does it take to develop a site?
Anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the size and complexity-- and your ability to make decisions required to advance the process. Larger sites are often developed in phases.

4. How can I update and manage my website?
By contacting us we can add contacts to your database, develop forms and surveys, update your portfolio, and more. You can keep your site fresh and save money too.

5. How Do I Cancel or Receive a Refund?

You can cancel or seek a refund at anytime, to do so you need to email us at cancel@CJDigitalDesign.com, included your name, address, and last 4 digits of the credit card being billed.  We will not cancel over the phone.  A written notice has to be given for documentation so we know the correct person is canceling.

6. Can CJ Digital Design help me market my website?
Absolutely. We’ll work with you to develop a Web marketing strategy that can maximize the return on your investment-- everything from Search Engine optimization and custom landing pages.

7. Will CJ Digital Design evaluate our existing website?
Yes, we offer professional website evaluations to identify weaknesses and make specific recommendations to improve your site.

8. What does CJ Digital Design specialize?
We work with a wide variety of companies to develop successful web strategies. Our particular area of expertise is design professionals and related businesses-- and we have a special place in our hearts for nonprofit organizations.

9. Does CJ Digital Design work with clients anywhere?
We’re a “virtual” company based in Chicago, IL. Many of our clients are in the Untied States but we work with clients around the world.

10. Does CJ Digital Design offer any type of discounts?
Yes, we provide a discount on our services to nonprofit organizations.

We do not allow ADULT Content.  ALL SERVICES PERFORMED HEREUNDER ARE PERFORMED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY AGAINST FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY FAILURE DUE TO COMPUTER HARDWARE OR COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS. CJ Digital Design, LLC DOES NOT MAKE AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS, AND YOU HEREBY WAIVE ALL RELIANCE ON, ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, ARISING BY LAW OR OTHERWISE, REGARDING THE SERVICES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ARISING FORM COURSE OR DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE OR USAGE IN TRADE.

Limitation and Exclusion of Liability:

Limitations. IN NO EVENT SHALL CJ Digital Design, LLC HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, OR ALTERATION, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OF INFORMATION DISTRIBUTED OR MADE AVAILABLE FOR DISTRIBUTION VIA THE SERVICES THROUGH ACCIDENT, FRAUDULENT MEANS OR DEVICES. CJ Digital Design, LLC SHALL NOT HAVE LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO CJ Digital Design, LLC'S OBLIGATION UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, THE ADDENDUM OR OTHERWISE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES EVEN IF CJ Digital Design, LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN THE EVENT, THE LIABILITY OF CJ Digital Design, LLC TO YOU FOR ANY REASON AND UPON ANY CAUSE OF ACTION SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID TO CJ Digital Design, LLC BY YOU UNDER THIS AGREEMENT AND THE ADDENDUM DURING THE THREE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE ON WHICH SUCH CLAIM ACCRUED. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO ALL CAUSES OF ACTION IN THE AGGREGATE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION TO BREACH OF CONTRACT BREACH OF WARRANTY NEGLIGENCE STRICT LIABILITY MISREPRESENTATIONS AND OTHER TORTS. THE FEES FOR THE SERVICES SET BY CJ Digital Design, LLC HEREUNDER HAVE BEEN AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE BASED UPON THE ALLOCATION OF RISK. ACCORDINGLY, YOU HEREBY RELEASE CJ Digital Design, LLC AND ITS PROVIDES FOR ANY AND ALL OBLIGATION, LIABILITIES, AND CLAIM IN EXCESS OF THE LIMITATION STATED IN THIS SECTION.

Litigation:
This contract is written under the laws of the State Of Illinios, any litigation arising form the service or this agreement will take place in Illinios USA.

If any part of the agreement or other terms are ruled unenforceable the remaining parts of the agreement remain in effect.
